In the last issue, we introduced some magic tricks for plastic bags, and we will continue to share them with you in this issue:
Used to store cabbage: In winter, cabbage will suffer from freezing damage. We will find that many vegetable farmers will directly put plastic bags on the cabbage, which can achieve the effect of heat preservation. If the picked cabbage is placed in a low temperature environment, it will also be frozen, so you can put the whole cabbage in a plastic bag and then tie the mouth. This way, you don’t have to worry about the cabbage being frozen.
Avoid spoilage of radishes: Many people like to eat radishes and will dry the radishes. However, some people will cause the radish to dry and deteriorate due to the incorrect storage method, so it can be placed in a plastic bag and tied tightly. Using this method, you don’t have to worry about spoilage and chaff.
Storing dried chili peppers: Many people love to eat chili peppers, and they also dry some chili peppers themselves. Many people like to wear the peppers, and then pass the pepper strings through the bottom of the bag and hang them under the eaves, which can not only ensure its cleanliness and hygiene, but also prevent the occurrence of insects. And the drying speed is faster, and it is more convenient to eat in the future.
Make the dough rise faster: Many people usually like to make their own steamed buns, but they want to make steamed buns faster. After kneading the dough, put it directly into a non-toxic plastic bag. Then put the dough into the pot, which can make it rise faster and make the steamed buns very soft.
Soften the bread: After many people open the package of bread, if the bread slices are not eaten in a short time, it will become very dry. Usually people throw away these dry breads, but they can still be turned back to their original soft state. Don’t throw away the original packaging bag, just wrap the dry bread directly. I found some clean paper and wrapped it on the outside of the bag by moistening it with water. Find a clean bag and put it directly in it, then tie it tightly and leave it for a few hours, the bread will become very soft again.
Don’t throw away the plastic bags you don’t usually use, because it can be used in many places!
